The official language of the Summit will be English, and simultaneous translation will be available in Italian.
Most Europeans, US, and Canadian citizens do not require an entry visa for Italy. Please consult the Italian Embassy or Consulate nearest to you for specific details relating to visas.
The official currency of Italy is the Euro (€). Credit and debit cards are widely accepted across Milan, though it is advisable to carry some cash for smaller purchases.
The Hospital C-Suite Summit will officially run in local time. The standard time in Italy is Central European Time (CET; UTC+01:00).
As the Summitwill take place in Milan from 8–10 March, it will be held entirely in CET (UTC+01:00). Daylight saving time, which moves clocks one hour ahead to Central European Summer Time (CEST; UTC+02:00), begins on the last Sunday in March.

Milan has an extensive and efficient public transport network, including metro lines, trams, buses, and suburban trains. These services make it easy to reach the city centre, major attractions, and different neighbourhoods throughout Milan.
Participants are advised to wear business casual for all Summit functions and programs.
If you require letter of Invitation, please note Invitation letters are available only to registered participants. The option to request an invitation letter is available within the registration process.
The Summit Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of/damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
All Summit activities (including sessions, networking functions, exhibition areas, and the Awards ceremony) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, or colleagues) are not permitted in any Summit areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
